With 30 years of insurance experience, consisting of 22 years as a trade credit insurance underwriter and broker, Scott specializes in providing critical analytical and consulting services to WTW clients and prospects seeking to mitigate financial and political risk within their credit and asset portfolios.

Haydn Morris, Associate Director, Financial Solutions Group

Haydn is an Associate Director at Willis Towers Watson (WTW) Financial Solutions Group, located in Hunt Valley, MD, where he specializes in providing trade credit and political risk insurance expertise to corporations across the globe.  With fourteen years of insurance experience, including twelve years as a trade credit insurance underwriter, Haydn specializes in providing critical analytical and consulting services to WTW clients and prospects seeking to mitigate financial and political risk within their credit and asset portfolios.

Brian Broadbent is the President and Chief Executive Officer of BVU: The Center for Nonprofit Excellence which was founded in 1993. BVU is a highly successful program for training and placing business professionals and executives on nonprofit boards of directors.   BVU has placed over 3,000 business executives on 500 nonprofit boards of directors; over half of the candidates have risen to board leadership positions.  BVU assists over 130 business clients annually in developing and implementing strategies for community involvement.  BVU also provides board consulting and training services to 900 nonprofits annually.  BVU was featured in a front-page article of The Wall Street Journal.  The organization developed a unique business model that supports BVU’s annual operating budget of over $2 million.

Elizabeth Voudouris is Executive Vice President of BVU. In this role she has overall strategic and operational responsibility for BVU’s Nonprofit Consulting Center, the foundation fundraising strategy and BVU’s strategic planning process. Elizabeth was part of BVU’s founding team in 1993. She has held responsibility in every facet of the organization – from nonprofit consulting, business consulting, member services, fund development, serving as Interim President & CEO and now Executive Vice President.

ART J. FALCO is President and CEO of Playhouse Square and Playhouse Square Real Estate Services in Cleveland, Ohio.

Playhouse Square is the largest performing arts center outside New York City, the largest theater restoration project in the world, and one of the only centers to present Broadway touring productions for three weeks or longer. Annual attendance is more than

one million guests at more than 1,000 curtains with Playhouse Square acting as the major producer and presenter of theatrical entertainment in its 11 performance spaces.

Playhouse Square Real Estate Services was founded in 1999 to manage and develop Playhouse Square’s mix of historic and commercial real estate properties. It manages more than two million square feet of office and retail space in the region.

Art Falco holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the Broadway League, a Tony voter and a trustee of Downtown Cleveland Alliance and Destination Cleveland. Mr. Falco is also treasurer of the Playhouse Square District Development Corporation, the first special improvement district in the City of Cleveland.
